It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I really appreciated that they weren't overly talkative during my massage. I've hated it at other places when they were overly chatty because I couldn't relax. I really enjoyed how friendly they were to me and how concerned they were about my comfort throughout the whole massage. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
