THIS DR IS AMAZING!!! I first met Dr. Chiodi 3 years ago when my insurance sent me to her office for a tubal ligation. I was nervous about the surgery but also excited that I wouldn't have to worry about birth control anymore! After 3 kids, a daughter and twin boys I was happy and done!! After my first appointment with her, (not only was the pap painless but it wasn't even uncomfortable!!) I walked out of her office feeling completely confident about my decision and not nervous about the surgery at all...in fact I asked if she could waive the "cooling off period" (no such luck)!! On the day of the surgery Dr. Chiodi came into the surgical center to talk to me about any last minute questions or concerns I had (awesome!) and then when I was brought into the operating room Dr. Chiodi and the surgical staff were already in there and they were talking and laughing while getting the room ready, and the Dr turns to me and asks what kind of music I like!! I said I don't care, surprise me! The mood was so light and fun, I forgot I was having surgery!! We ended up settling on French gangsta rap! When they put me under I was actually bumbed because they were all dancing and having a blast!! After surgery Dr. Chiodi followed up with me herself and when the pain meds I had weren't working for me I called the office number on the weekend, she called me back right away, we discussed it, and she called in something else! I've never had a better experience with a Dr! I also went through VERY EARLY menopause and she has taken me through that with ease and helped me to feel a lot less crazy!! When I had a cervical cancer issue her staff explained in great detail what needed to be done, procedurally, and that we could do it as an out patient deal but that she is very quick and its "uncomfortable" at the most and even that would only be for a few seconds...normally I would say no way! But knowing how Dr. Chiodi is with paps (I don't feel them) and how her staff has never exaggerated or under exaggerated any other appointments, I took a chance and I'm glad I did! The biopsy and everything we did in the office was literally "uncomfortable for a few seconds"!!

And last but not least...my daughter is turning 18 in 2 weeks and she has been scared to death to make her first REAL gyno appointment! However, since she's only known me to have good experiences and heard funny stories, she actually asked me if I could make an appointment for her!! I don't usually do Yelp reviews or Dr reviews but I had to do this one!! 💜

I came to her 11 week pregnant and I was bleeding she did the ultrasound band told me : you have a blood clot and there is 50/50 chance that you loose your baby . She didn't explain much . She was cold . I felt that the emergency room staff in rancho spring cared about me more,i saw them more than I saw her during my pregnancy. I had many questions I spent a lot of time googling trying to get some answers every time I call the office after my visits to the emergency room I had to wait at least three or five days and the medical assistance call back wasn't also better. I was 17 weeks pregnant when I lost my baby
