Office staff extremely rude!! I called to inquire about getting the flu mist done, I informed the lady who answered the phone about the problem my daughter has with getting shots. She has a extreme fear and distrust for doctors, and I am trying to help her with this. It stemed from her Kindergarden shots. Her regular dr made a mistake and sold out of the mist the day before hre apt. The response I got from her was "well life sucks sometimes"!! We are taliking about a 4 yr old child not a 16 yr old!! Insensitive and rude!!!!
