After we paid our $100 bill their office kept sending us bills saying we did not pay the $100. We talked to them and everytime they said the bill was paid, now they sent the bill to Collection agency. Their office staff is so rude and there is a misscommunication between their staff and their billing department. I do not recommend them to anyone.
Very disorganized staff, they are nice until you have an issue with billing. They keep denying the previous conversations that our balance is paid and one of the staff (Margaret) says she did not work there when we paid our bills.
Stay away from this disorganized office they cant find record of our payments.
