They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It is generally easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They take time to listen to their patients. They explain pros and cons to treatments and make sure you have all your questions answered before they leave the room. The nursing staff is very informative and organized. You do not feel like you are lost in the process. Dr. Chester is a STELLAR physician and there is no comparison with others in her field--she is top notch.
