If I could give less than one star I would. This is the most unprofessional office. The doctor is not bad but the front desk help especially AMANDA is deplorable. In a professional medical setting AMANDA thinks it is ok to make fun of patients and roll her eyes and be sarcastic when it is their office that does not relate important information. The front desk constantly changes appt time and days no no notification. AMANDA also lies about insurance coverage and cancellations. I guess she does not realize that what she claims is easily verified. To the doctors in this practice hope you realize the antics of your front desk help makes you look like you are running a day care not a professional medical office.
