I have seen Pat for over a year now and she has been a tremendous help in coming to terms with a messy divorce and custody issues, plus working through health problems that arose from all the stress. she is so compassionate and caring, but also gives really helpful concrete feedback. Her compassion has helped me come out the other end of this ordeal! She is very skilled with EMDR and has had a lot of training with it. It definitely helped with some leftover childhood trauma I experienced with an alcoholic father. I can highly recommend her.
