My mother went here. In awful shape mentally. This only worsened after getting a letter with false claims. She did NOT go off her meds. She did not refuse to take her meds. I was there when she called because her insurance had a problem with continuing to pay for med prescribed after two months. I was there when she made more than one call letting them know this and each time they were confused? ! I was there. There was no misunderstanding they could have had - she simply put that that's why she was having trouble filling the script. Her primary had to solve that problem. It's been awhile and my mother is worse mentally after the passing of my father. She never stopped or refused to take prescribed med. How they can file a lie makes me think they could have called or checked and known that wasn't true. My mother is Carolyn Calhoun and she's worse now but I can understand her mistrust here. They confuse an easily understood problem and the claim falsity that if checked on they'd have known was untrue.
