I was under the impression that Paula would help me by teaching me coping skills for my situation. All she did was ask me questions and I told her my story. 2nd session she cut short by 10 minutes and 3rd session she cut short by 18 minutes. It was like she had nothing more for me. I told her hiw I felt when I texted cancel my 4th appointment and she just said , "Thanks for letting her know and to take care of myself." Total waste of time and money.

Best services ever received . I have struggled with awful mental health issues and trauma and this is the only place I have found a counseler that helps in years. All the good counselors leave u always have to start over. Here is such a warm and accepting environment .
