I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They had one of the cleanest offices I've ever seen at any vet. I appreciated that they took the time to create a sterile environment for their patients. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I found the parking situation at the clinic to be very convenient, always found several spots available. The receptionist was friendly, greeting our dog by name. The waiting time to see Dr. Harris was very short..... which is great when you have a nervous 90-pound dog waiting with you. Dr. Harris and her staff treat 'Lilly' professionally and compassionately. I was not given any promises regarding the outcome of her cancer treatment. However, when you are dealing with cancer there aren't a lot of promises to give. Dr. Harris has assisted us above and beyond our expectations and we appreciate it greatly. Lilly is still undergoing treatment but is active and seems to be pain-free. We hope to have more quality time with her in the future.
