I was fortunate to have one of Dr. Steinmetz's puppies as a companion for 16 years. After moving from Connecticut I certainly missed the top notch care that Mill Plain Veterinary offered.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Bottom line-they wanted to do surgery on my dog whether it was necessary or not and told me my dog might die if I didn't do it. Since that time, several other vets have described that as total hogwash. Stay away-this is a money factory that preys on your love of your animal.
