I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It's always nice when they can answer my questions over the phone instead of having to drive down there for an appointment. Most of the time, they're able to answer them over the phone which really saves my time and gas. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
Aside from the 'canned' review, Dr. Richardson has been absolutely awesome every time I've taken an animal to him. He provides compassionate care for the animals and genuinely cares for his quadruped patients. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for the best in vet care

My appointment was great. They saw my pet right away, and treated us very well. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, conveniently located, right by my son's school so I could drop off my dog after I drop off my son.
