This was the slowest moving emergency care center I've seen and the vet should have his license taken away in my opinion. The vet, Mark Huff, was so slow and unprofessional and uncaring. My dog came out worse than when he went in and I am scared that he may die but I am too scared to take him back to this vet right now. Started looking for reviews for him to see if others have had the same experience. This guy had his teenage kid doing the rounds unsupervised and trying to explain stuff rather than the vet. Then this Mark Huff wouldn't even come back to the room to explain what was wrong with my dog and put his receptionist up to trying to just get me to go away. I left without answers and am now terrified that he has given my pet an overdose of injections; which they did behind closed doors even though I wanted to be present. This is the most unprofessionally run clinic I have ever encountered. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. Find another vet. I am so scared for my dog right now and don't trust this vet to go back there to have him examined again. This is NOT how a person should feel after spending $400 and trusting the life of their most loyal friend to such a cold and incompetent vet. I plan to take this up with the licensing organization that allows them to practice.
