They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They cancelled our appointment and then pushed it out a month. When I took my daughter back I had a hard time finding the office, as a result we were 10 minutes late and the counselor wouldn't see her. It's not very helpful to individuals seeking counseling for the counselors to be so unavailable. We will not return, and hopefully we will find a counselor who is more available to their clients.
