Tarrant County Court sent Norman Barry to an innocent intelligent jail detainee whose court-assigned Defense Attorney labelled him IST (Incompetent to Stand Trial) as a weapon to avoid malpractice lawsuits from the detainee. Norman Barry "was RUDE, refused to give his name and business card, did NOT LISTEN, and did NOT CARE in general".
