The Peak Performance Institute is an integrated practice providing a comprehensive range of psychological and coaching services to individuals of all ages. From stress-related issues to precision diagnostics and treatment, the Peak Performance Institute offers leading edge services incorporating applied neuroscience and traditional approaches.

One of the focuses of our practice is the accurate diagnosis of learning and behavior problems of children. Parents come to us requesting assessments for their children with attentional problems. Our Peak Performance Profiles pinpoint the neurobiological correlates of ADD and ADHD as well as reading, spelling, math and related learning disorders.

The advantage of incorporating applied neuroscience into the diagnostic process is clear: the individual being evaluated obtains a Quantitative EEG or brain map that is both the source of diagnostic information and also the blue print for change. EEG Neurotherapy is a non-invasive and effective treatment for a variety of conditions and may be an adjunctive form of therapy for many.

We provide hypnotherapy, individualized stress management training, marriage and family therapy, groupa nd individual therapy and career guidance.

Many of our clients present for peak performance training. They range from competitors in the arts (music, and dance) to athletes seeking greater mastery of their sport. Sports psychology is one of the fastest growing elements within our practice and our work with top athletes has garnered great media attention nationally.
