I was referred to Debra when I was having difficulty in 2000 due to a life event. She taught me so much about 'learned behavior' and it helped me understand some of my auto responses. I have been seeing a psychiatrist since Jan 2014 due to another life event. The chemical imbalance has been addressed. Time to go see Debra again for coping skills and different ways to approach my problems. I highly recommend her.
