The Mountain View clinic is a VERY NICE Kaiser facility. It's small and the staff are expert, they go the extra distance to help and did I mention they are nice, nice, nice?

As for the doctors, it's going to depend on you and your doctor, eh?

Kaiser is a B/B+ kind of medical coverage. They offer LOTS of classes and groups - at pretty low cost. Attend all you can - a good group is gold. A bad fit makes the group a waste of time. Some of the senior patients know a lot more then the doctors.

It's the complications and interactions where things fall apart. Rare side effects, usual medical conditions co-existing, symptoms that could originate from 4 different sources. How to treat one medical condition when the other contraindicates that approach? If there is any hint, something like this is going on - get a second opinion outside of Kaiser ASAP. Pay cash if you have to. Kaiser doctors tend to treat alike.

Don't get me wrong - Kaiser is fantastic. They offer fantastic coverage. But they are only good for basic medical care.
