Services For nearly 50 years, we have been eagerly serving the residents of Randolph County. We started in 1971 with establishing a sheltered workshop in Evansville, IL. We founded our sheltered workshop program to provide employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. But we couldn’t stop there! We saw a need for residential services in our community, so we answered the call and opened our first residential facility in Sparta for adults with a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness and our second in Chester to assist adults with developmental disabilities. Additional Services Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Developmental Disabilities

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
