After her Masters program, she continued on to her doctorate course work in Psychology with a focus on clinical psychology and marriage and family. Jill Fischer - Peters has testified as a Qualified Expert Witness in the Judicial Court Systems for the past 20 years in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Jill Fischer - Peters has lectured all over the country at various: Universities, Hospitals and Businesses on issues of: Domestic Violence, Victims of Verbal, Physical & Sexual Abuse . In 1998, she was voted favorite speaker of the year. Jill Fischer Peters has served as an Independent Contractor and Consultant, assessing the safety needs of children and made recommendations for living placement to judges, courts and child welfare. Jill Fischer Peters also been invited back to her undergraduate to teach ethics and regularly works with graduate schools, supervising undergraduate and graduate level interns for the past 20 years.

Jill is fantastic. Different than many counselors because she not only listens but also give help. She has helped my family so much. High energy, but calming and knowledgeable.
