The survey I took regarding my experience with the practice asked about cleanliness of the office and the parking. I do not recall the cleanliness of the facility, I'm sure it was fine. I really wasn't concerned about parking either as I my mind was elsewhere--again, I'm sure it was fine. The appointment far exceeded any preconceived ideas I had about how it would go. It was great. They were very knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. They helped me with my issues, and left me with strategies that were concrete and useful. I do not recall calling the staff with questions, but I am sure they were polite and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
