Jane went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. She seemed completely committed to helping me for as long as it takes to find the best solution. I feel I'll never have to worry that she'll give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was pleased by how respectful and courteous she was. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
