I couldn't believe how much they were negligent and my Sister Christie Lynn Palma committed SUICIDE at The David Lawrence Center April 2004 and a Lawsuit for wrongful Death was filed on March 19,2005! They settled and were negligent but nothing will bring back my Sister's life! She was admitted while under the Baker Act and she HUNG herself when they left her unattended and denied her antidepressant prescriptions! It was so unprofessional. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
