Psychologist, Dr. Robert Baker, may be equipped to do marriage counseling or helping people with "behavioral problems" which are not very serious but is totally out of his league in dealing with genuine psychiatric problems. These are best left to psychiatrist with real medical training - he is not a medical doctor and is utterly lacking in any understanding of the enormous complexity of "mental illness". I don't begrudge him for not being qualified to treat psychiatric problems but for accepting cases which are clearly beyond his expertise. He is morally obligated to refer such cases to qualified medical professionals.
