They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I found parking right away at their office, and it was right next to the entrance. I usually have to leave early to find parking at other offices I've visited but not here.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
