One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Usually I enjoy looking through the magazines in the waiting room to make time go by faster, but not here. They had a horrible selection and time dragged by even slower.
