I joined this gym for the Physical Training sessions. The gym was sub-par.... most of the equipment was broken or outdated, the water fountain provided warm water, and the environment wasn't very clean. They did, however, have a rocking sales staff who could sell just about anything to anyone.

About 5 months later, I moved out of the area and had to cancel my membership. After I sent my cancellation form via Certified Mail, they kept charging my credit card. A year later and I'm still fighting these people. I spoke to several people including their director of operations who seems powerless to rectify the situation.

Beware. Unless you want a world of trouble in the future, take you money elsewhere. There are lots of comparable gyms in the area.

This is an amazing gym with knowledgable staff. I've been to all 3 locations. While downtown is a little smaller, it's big enough to get the job done after leaving work. The glenwood location is huge and the tanning area is a huge plus. North ridge seems to be for the older crowd, but they have an awesome Hot yoga room! I've been a member for 2 years now, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon with the new p90x!
