I went to Judy because I was having so much trouble with my legs. I'm 70 years old and when I would go to the movies, out to dinner or be in any other situation where I had to sit for a while, my legs would hurt so much when I got up, that I was never sure if I was going to be able to walk or not. Not the look I was going for! After several sessions with Judy, I stopped having any problems with my legs and the pain has never come back. I highly recommend her for leg pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis and any other chronic muscle pain you have. It's so much better than going to a doctor and getting drugs or steroid shots!

As I have gotten older, (I'll be 70 this year) I have started having a lot of trouble with my legs. If I sat for a while in a restaurant or a movie, I never knew whether I would be able to walk when I got up. It's embarrassing to be hobbling and holding on to things and creeping along. I have tried Rolfing and deep tissue massage and then I found PUSH therapy. It took a while (about 5 months of twice weekly visits) but I could see progress and hung in there. I am now COMPLETELY pain free and can count on my legs to get up and go when I get up and go. It's a wonderful feeling. Judy is very personable and considerate and easy to work with. She always asks the right questions and is concerned about how I am doing. PUSH therapy is a hard thing to explain to people. It sounds very "new agey" and like something you would only find in Boulder! But the results are like a dream come true. I had also been having trouble with bursitis in my hip and that too is completely gone. Totally worth every penny I have spent.
