We are an Independent & Assisted Living community of 90 month-to-month rental unfurnished, private-pay apartments. We do no require a deposit, buy-in, up-front money, no long term lease. We are located just northwest of Good Samaritan hospital in Downers Grove in a safe, lovely, wooded residential neighborhood. All residents receive 3 meals per day plus all utilities except telephone. We have a free fitness center with our own certified instructor, wellness center, beauty/barber shop, laundry room, bank, gift boutique, chaplain and religious services, bus to take residents to off-campus shopping and entertainment. Have been in Downers Grove for over 21 years.
