I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
