I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I have a son who went to a ClearChoice 'satellite' on 1960 and 3 years later, his mouth is very bad. We had an independent review of our sons case by 4 board certified orthodontists and they were appalled by the results of the treament plan, believing it was obvoius what to do for a professional. Clear Choice is a clearing house and can do simple stuff...and that's it in my opinion. After the treatment plan failed...after 3 years...they wanted to start him on another one...and charge us the full cost for it with no concessions on their part. The problem is though people are nice...you won't know until the end whether they screwed up. Get more opinions. Also, can't understand the current doctor very well...and he doesn't seem to understand us very well. Anyone can rate on niceness and cleanliness...but you can't really evaluate them until you've seen the results which is years down the road...and we have. If you have no major issues, they may be fine. Their 2nd recommended treatment plan was also apparently wrong according to the 4 opinions we got. If you have major issues...i would not recommend...and wouldn't recommend at all because of what i believe is lack of integrity to make right the wrong and take full responsibility.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
