I loved this place under the former owner, Dr. Dave Braun. Since he sold his practice, I returned once and was horrified with the service I received. It was so innocuous I cannot even remember the Dr's name? Whereas Dr. Braun's hands were warm, healing and competent, this doctors hand stank of smoke, felt dry and dead, had no warmth and he couldn't adjust my neck. He had no bedside manner, his appearance was sloppy and I had no confidence in him. I wish I had walked out without paying - but I politely paid the fee and never returned again.

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, nobody was there. I waited in the waiting room for over 20 minutes and by the time someone arrived, I was already writing a note to leave at the front desk so I could reschedule my appoint because now I was running late for the rest of my day... They told me I needed to call to reschedule. So I did just that. I have called and left messages several times with no return call. It has been the most frustrating experience and I don't recommend coming here for any service.

I thought they would have called me apologizing for the inconvenience, possibly offering a free service or at the least, trying to help reschedule their mishap... but I can't even get a response or anyone to answer the phone when I try to call them. That's probably the most frustrating part.

There was nobody there to welcome me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to leave a message because there is nobody there to answer. I never get a call back. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Definitely, it was nauseating

No, I still take all my medication
