This place is horrible, it is run by insurance companies, not doctors. They do exactly what they want with patients, behind the families back. They placed a DNR bracelet on our father....never talked to anyone.

Patient fell in bath and laid on floor over 4 hours before anyone checked on him to find him....he had stroke. Patients call to go to bathroom....but no one comes to help. Bad Place!!!
