The unethical and dishonesty of staff added to two hours of one family member trying to keep the patient in control and dry with no HCP in site caused us to literally a family member who had suffered a serious stroke and drive her to Wesley Medical center immeditely. There was no assistance whatsoever. The "friendliness" was not the issue. When told that another hospital was not accredited. When the patient's "known" request had been to be only taken to Wesley that was right next to the Olive garden restaurant where she collapsed, but family was told "It's your choice but they don't have the staff on a regular basis or you never know if the proper Docs will be on call or Forrest general is the only accredited Hospital by the ER Physician, it's time for an investigation. The nurse assigned cannot be faulted since i can only assume she was following orders.
