They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit the first two times I was there. I feel I could've received a little more attention from the MD the third time I had to go. The rest were helpful otherwise and the MD I had the second time I had went (for kidney stones) was great! Dr. O. (sounded like olshesky, but not spelled even close) was his name. Lastly the imaging I needed for the stones was very costly and I had just finished nursing school, and near the end of the one year of my life without health insurance. Their financial dept, through Ms. Genzel, helped me so much and took care of that awful bill, that the government and medicaid gave near nothing for, to a broke second degree college student working part to full time through school for low wage. The office was very easy to locate. I'll always keep this hospital as an option because it is convenient, not very busy, and service for me has been between ok to great. I didn't have a bad experience. I really hope the hospital doesn't become over-monopolized and jaded by the Geisinger takeover.
