Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Considering the circumstances, that I had just about smashed the end of my index finger off in the car door, I would absolutely return, however I was just on vacation from Boise, Idaho. the P.A. Denise VonauI was very gentle and concerned about the injury and the level of pain. had an amazing experience, the whole ER group that day and the follow-up crew were excellent. We followed the hospital signs, and went directly to it. The ER was not busy on 6/25, and we were taken in quickly. The follow-up on 7/5 was busy in the ER, but considering it was the day after a holiday, we waited patiently. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
