I appreciated that the staff took the time to dress and groom each resident. I think it's so important to their overall health and well-being. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was glad that they were able to answer all of my questions. I had a lot of things I was unsure about, but felt much better after talking to them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
