Staff appears to be bored and on the rude side at this location.

Everyone seems burnt out, almost like their doing you a favor to see you.

Eye assistant, giving first set of eye tests, speaks improper english. My first grader corrected her twice.

Would not return. Would not like my children to sabatoge the english grammar I help them with all year.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I noticed that they have some of the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the optometrist. I wish all waiting room chairs could be that comfortable. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
