I feel like they are a personal trainer and nutritionist wrapped into one! I get all the exercise advice along with meal plans, yet I'm only paying for their services as a personal trainer. They are so helpful and really want to see me succeed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. If I ever have incorrect form when doing an exercise, they are so quick to politely correct me and show me the proper way to do it. I really appreciate the fact that they care whether I'm doing things correctly. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
