horrible place treats staff badly and not very educated doctor

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
