I am disgusted over the lack of empathy and professionalism shown towards my dog and myself on 4/12/21. I simply went in to get my senior dog two vaccinations (bordatella & dpp). I have always held my dog during his shots and when I was told by the front desk clerk that I could not go back because of covid, she said the vet tech could come up front to administer the shot. Long story short, she injected my dog and he cried out, she got scared and somehow pulled out or didn't have the needle all the way in because a good amount of the liquid spilled onto the floor and my dog. Instead of her composing herself and reassess the situation she continued poking him with the needle 2 more times, which caused my senior dog more pain and to shake. Obviously, I was in disbelief and upset. I questioned what she was doing and she looked at me like a deer in headlights and said nothing. Another lady from behind the counter then says don't question her staff ( unbelievable). So, basically the girl that attempted to inject my dog was Not licensed and the lady standing behind the desk was the actual vet tech. The vet tech immediately tried to blame me for the incident that just occurred and would not take any responsibility. I have never been to a vet clinic that was this unprofessional, they refused to let me speak with the Veterinarian and to ensure my senior dog was okay. There were three different staff there that were rude and unapologetic for their negative behavior towards a customer. Don't take your pets here, because they simply don't care and your pet could end up seriously injured. Fyi I called this morning 4/13/21 to speak to the supervisor because he wasn't there yesterday evening. The same rude girl at the front desk answered the phone and said that Danny was busy and could try and call me back by 1pm and if not I can call back. Really a serious incident took place and the supervisor is to busy to speak with me when I call. This place is a joke and should be shut down or get all new staff that actually give a damn.
