Wow. They appear very understaffed. They also gave two different discharge instructions from two separate people. One seemed to know what he was talking about and the other did not AT ALL. My bill was also sky high and no one even did a follow up call to see how my dog was doing. I have been going there for years, my original technician was Kim. I liked the technicians that worked with Kim too. Lately I don't recognize anyone. Although I have been going here for 12 years, I am searching for a new Vet. They seem to be falling apart over there.

What a team, husband and wife. He stated he HATED caring for small animals and really wanted to treat horses and such. The wife is a gorgeous woman and makes sure you know it. Really a ditz in a labcoat. Misdiagnosed my pet costing thousands, took it to another vet and clearly was taken care of the very next day. Who changes antibiotics in the middle of the course and prescribes one more twice as expensive. What bothers me the most is I saw him in town screaming and cursing at who I assumed to be his kids. Money is more important than caring for a member of our family
