They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
