They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. The staff has always responded with utmost care and speed, never belittle my concerns, and are extremely patient in answering all my questions. They NEVER make me feel like they have someplace else to go, nor rush off.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My appointment was for a vet check. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I know a horse breader who uses CAE and speaks highlu of them.
