BEWARE THIS VET!!! STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST TAKING AN ANIMAL HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Today, vet Robert D. Marshall caused a lab assistant to manhandle my struggling 75-pound Shepherd-Lab --- who has severe lower-back damage, which makes her extremely vulnerable --- up onto an exam table, over my repeated and strong objections. I wanted her examined on the floor, as responsible vets do. Marshall told me that if I was upset, I could go wait in the car until the exam was over. What?!!!!? I told him to get my dog off the table. He told me that if I wanted to take my dog out of there, I would still be charged full price for a complete examination, although he had not even looked at the dog. Yep, I was forced to pay Marshall ($81) --- used my credit card and will definitely dispute the payment. I still need to take my dog to the vet, but it will never, ever again be Coursey Boulevard Animal Hospital.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful.
