I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This veterinarian seems to have a pretty basic level of knowledge for simple procedures, but practically none for complicated procedures. I'm not sure I would want to be in their care if my pet had a serious illness. My kitten had hemorrages all over her body and the vet said she need blood transfusions. She told me to go to Las Vegas to the emergency vet there and that it could cost up wards of 1000. I couldnt afford more than that. I took my kitten to Homestead animal hospital and they were able to take care of her and do two blood transfusions for just at 1000.. I love this vet for shots and such, but they cannot handle much more

If you value your pet please do not use this clinic. I am sure that any clinic would be better than this one, the staff was unfriendly and displayed no compassion for my pet. The so-called "doctor" was only concerned about the bottom line $$$ Please research clinics before your pet needs one in an emergency and do not use this one.
