They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
