NEVER EVER TAKE A ANIMAL TO THESE PEOPLE. WE HAD A DOG THAT HAD TO BE PUT DOWN OUR REGULAR VET WAS OUT. WE TOOK OUR DOG OF 13 YEARS TO THIS PLACE. THEY WOULD NOT COME OUT WE HAD TO TAKE THE DOG IN AND THEY DID NOT CARE ONE BIT OF OUR PAIN. THEY WERE RUDE AND HATE FULL. THEY WERE VERY UNKIND DIDNT WANT TO BE BOTHERED UNTIL AFTER THERE CHRISTMAS PARTY. THEY TOLDS US THEY DIDNT CARE HOW WE FELT WE NEVER HAD TO COME BACK. NOT ONLY THE PAIN OF LOSING THE DOG BUT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IS UNCALLED FOR. NEVER EVER TAKE A ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE......

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
