Kathy stlole every oppertunity to help my rape victim daughter. She took thousands in funding . tought my doughter awhole bunch of vert family distructive tools. Her lack of care stole all our future and continues to harm my grandchildren whose mother she treated. She caused great harm that will never be fixed.
