I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
